Great location close to the train station, but also only a 5min walk to all the hot spring baths. The free rental Yukatas in various sizes and wooden sandals were also perfect. The room was spacious and clean. We loved everything about our stay.

“I’d recommend this place to anyone who told me they were coming to kinosaki”

They had a large room for us, great staff, good amenities, you can borrow a yukata, location was super close to the station.

It was a very nice accommodation to stay in. It was very close to the train station, and it was surrounded by many shops and restaurants. The room was definitely what we expected: a place to sleep in, to keep ourselves warm (it was cold outside), and to rest after walking around and visiting onsens. The staff were very nice and helpful! And it was very nice to have a little basket with towels to use at onsens.

Ok location, right in front of the train station but some 15 minutes away from some of the bath houses. They provide yukata and accessories to try and wear around town. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Clean. It’s good and convenient for the price point.

this is a very nice option to stay in Kinosaki when one doesn't go for the full all-inclusive experience. Everything is close-by and they provide for the traditional clothing one can use to go onsen-hopping.

“The most disappointing stay of my entire trip.”

My stay at this property was unfortunately the worst experience of my entire trip in Japan. I stayed in many different hotels and ryokans during this journey, and this was by far the most disappointing. The room itself was extremely basic. It had only a Simmons mattress on the floor with a sheet, a thin blanket, and two very small pillows. There was no TV, no proper bathroom, and although there was a small fridge, the room lacked even the most essential facilities. The biggest issue is that there is no shower inside the property. Guests are expected to bathe at the public hot springs outside. This becomes a serious problem for guests who cannot use the onsen—for example, during menstruation or if it is raining heavily. On the day of my stay, this meant that I had absolutely no way to take a shower, which is unacceptable for any accommodation. Additionally, the building has no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage or traveling with small children. Overall, this place was completely different from what I expected. Among all the places I stayed during this trip, this was the worst experience, and I cannot recommend it.

Fantastic location right near the station. Was able to get extra bed easily. They provide towels and socks for onsen visits.

Great location near station and shops and all onsens were walkable distance. The furthest onsen was about a 15-20min walk. Accomodation gave fresh amenities daily including towels and water which we appreciated.

It was very clean and close to everything. It was also very easy to find when you come into the town. The directions given were great.

The staff are very accommodating when it comes to late check-in . Friendly staff too It's 1 minute walk away from kinosakionsen station There is an onigiri shop right beside the hotel that opens early, and the onigiri are made to order. Many good street food stores , restaurants and souvenir stores are nearby too , perfect for takeouts and enjoyment back in your own room.
