“Excellent place to stay during a visit to Kinosaki Onsen”

The hotel was superb. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was so so good. I can’t fault this place. We came during the summer but would love to visit again during the winter season.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The town itself is quaint and lovely. Tajimaya blew us away. The staff were wonderful, especially the lady who was our room keeper for the night. The food, both dinner and breakfast was plentiful, and delicious. A wonderful selection of local produce. The owner came round to each room to welcome guests, and she even wished me a happy birthday. Sleeping on the futon was the best night's sleep I've had in ages. I went to two of the private baths and both were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even face cleansers. I loved every second of being in those baths. A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable!

“Wish we could stay longer”

The staff was extremely attentive to our needs. They were accommodating with our dietary preferences and even had a car bring us to the station for our train. The food was excellent. There was also English speaking staff, which made it accommodating for tourists like us. We tried all three of their private onsen baths and loved them all (especially the Kirara bath). Maya was our go-to gal and she did a superb job of bringing us our food, managing the room, and providing us information about the food whenever we were curious. An extra bonus, the toilet lights up and greets you up on entry into the bathroom, playing a nice morning tune while you use it

“Must stay when visiting Kinosaki Onsen”

A brilliant must stay if you are visiting Kinosaki Onsen with young children. Location is superb, close to ropeway and most main attractions and the hosts are wonderfully hospitable. The private baths are all unique and beautiful. A very enjoyable stay!

Excellent breakfast & dinner. Staff was very kind, we were treated like kings & queens. Private onsens in the hotel are excellent. The owner of the hotel came to our room to wish us a happy stay, I was quite impressed.

The food and service was a really special experience. We got to try lots of new things, a lot of it was sea food so make sure you are up for that. Delicious beef too. The room was spacious and quiet. We felt lucky to be there.

The hospitality was out of this world. You are taken care of from the moment you arrive, with an assigned person who will help answer questions about the area, serve your meals, and take care of your room cleanliness. Meals are served in your room, and they are lovely, colourful and delicious - as well as extremely filling. We didn't eat the same thing once. This was definitely the highlight of our two week japan trip.
