No photos because it was exactly as it looks like in the photos. A short distance from the train station and right beside a supermarket. It's cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 are futons, 1 with 2beds), a screen projector with Netflix, TV Channels etc, toilet on the second floor and toilet on the first and bathroom on the first floor. Incredibly warm despite being there on a 6deg Celsius weather for 2 nights. They provided lots of instant coffee, tea (with sugar and creamer), instant cup noodles for our stay. 2 full sets of towels for our 2 nights, though they do offer daily changes usually. Also with a full yukata, haori, gets with socks if you are visiting the onsen it's pretty convenient to get dressed for the occasion. Also had rainboots but we didn't even need it. Best of all they had a working DRYER! And a separate washing machine. Many places say they have a dryer in Japan but they don't actually have. So it's really amazing they have that. The staff in charge was really helpful, and I spoke little Japanese, but they have a translator device on the ready! We had to check in late because of our flight delay, but the staff was waiting for us all that time, and welcomed us with a smile and warmth, so I really appreciate it so much! A shame we didn't do shabushabu or hotpot (THEY HAVE THE POT AND STOVE WITH GAS CANNISTERS) because we didn't know there was a fishmonger just right around the corner 10m away. Would be perfect in a cold temperature 🥲

Big and plenty of room. Host met us on arrival and explained everything. Very clean and tidy. Free cup noodles too and free bottles of water.

Super warm welcome both when checking in and out! The house is very comfortable, equipped with anything you may need and in a perfect position (5 mins walking from both the train station and the street with the main onsens). We were a group of 5 and stayed unfortunately only one night.

House location is 5 min. walk from Kinosaki Onsen Station and Supermarket 1 min. Co-Host was so nice, she tried to explain the house facilities with App Translation. We 5 members staying in the entire house, 2 bed rooms with comfortable futon beds and twin beds. All facilities were in good condition and clean. We really LOVE this place.

Fabulous. Loved it. Spacious. Gave us a real genuine feeling of a Japanese house. Beautiful town and locality.
