I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Toyoko Inn Toyama-eki Shinkansen-guchi No.21 for 1 night (11 May – 12 May). The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The biggest advantage is its excellent location — Dentetsu Toyama Station is just across the road, making it extremely convenient for exploring the Alpine Route. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort and easy transport access in Toyama.

“Good hotel with superb location”
I dropped my luggage before the check-in time and it was delivered to my room directly. The bathtub is bigger than average in Japan hotels. The air conditioner can be control easily especially during spring season that the temperature is vary from cold to hot. Breakfast is quite OK. Coffee and tea are available 24 hr. The location is superb for travelers very near to train and tram stations. Coin laundry and dryers are sufficient and cheap.

Excellent Location, just opposite to train station. Staffs are exceptional, very kind and caring. Shared some lovely restaurant information which was very helpful. Send the items I left at the hotel to my next hotel. Exceptional service provided by the team.

“Excellent option to spend a couple of nights in the city”
The hotel is opposite to the main station. It’s a bit dated but the overall experience was positive. The room was bigger than the Japanese average. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Buffet breakfast included in the room rate. It was very good but do not expect a continental one; it’s more ocused on Japanese/Asian taste. The interaction with staff was minimal, as the check in is made through a machine.
