“Mixed Blessings”
The staff were friendly, helpful and polite and the location (near both the train station and Toyama Glass Art Museum) suited us. We also had a good view of the castle from our room and found the room generally comfortable. At the breakfast buffet we really enjoyed the freshly made sushi-style rolls.

Good central location close to castle Park, glass museum and restaurants. Less than 10 minutes to walk from station but the tram stops at the hotel if you'd prefer not to walk.

The property has a much smaller size than it advertised. It only has about 14m2 instead of 20.

Though it is not close to the Toyama Station, there is a tram - loop line - that brings you right to the hotel in about 10 mins time. Frequency of tram is about 30 mins. The room in ANA Crowne Plaza is a bit run down but clean. Breakfast is delicious and has variety. The front desk personnel are very helpful and professional.

“Would recommend ANA Crowne in Toyama to everyone”
The staff were very helpful and friendly at all times. The room was very comfortable in all ways. The beds were big and the pillows soft. The views across to the castle were pleasant. The set meal on floor 5 and the breakfast were excellent. The breakfast was the best in Japan.
