Lots of on-site amenities. 3 pools, a small playground and pickle ball court. All staff greeted us with a smile. Also the lounge/kitchenette was separate to the beds

Stunning location with outdoor and indoor pool. Gym was great and so was fire pit. Hotel is under renovation and we could see the improvement from our stay in 2024.

“We didn’t get to stay!”
We were told no walk ins were allowed and so we walked out and used you to make reservations it was 3pm and you said check in was 3pm and so about 3:10 we went in showed our reservation and were told by Reggie it was a new reservation and they didn’t have a room cleaned for us and for us to come back after 4pm! We came back in at a little after 4pm! My husband said is there anything else we have to do before we get in a room? The guy Reggie said I don’t like your attitude and your not staying here! I said we have a paid reservation! He said I don’t care you are not staying here! I said then I need my money back! He well then just try getting it back from we’re you booked it! We went down the street and were welcomed cheerfully! Walked in got a room! They were absolutely wonderful at the Best Western and we stayed 2 nights! I contacted my credit card was told to get back with them and dispute the charge which I am today! We just got home last night! Oh by the way there was no breakfast there the sign said! Now I want my money back on my card please! We have traveled all over this United States and have never had this problem ever! He sat at his computer the whole never smiled or was friendly fro the woman in front of us or to us!

“Ideal place to relax and enjoy the smokie Mountains”
Hotel was in a fantastic position, lovely rooms with plenty of space. Set in beautiful grounds with stunning views. Property is currently undergoing renovation and I am sure will be a 5 star experience when finished. Will definitely stay again on our next trip over from England

“Perfect location and a great value for the money.”
The location was perfect for us. The nights were quite as they should be We had an issue with our vehicle and one of the male staff stopped to check on us which was very thoughtful.

The room was very clean. The beds were awesome comfortable!! It was a large room and we had a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker that was nice. Plenty of towels and they have bodywash, shampoo and conditioner in large bottles attached in the shower (love that). The people at the front desk were all extremely nice and professional, very helpful. The office was nice and clean and the breakfast area was also, They have a nice little continental breakfast. Overall, I was pleased with the property.

Very outdated, uncomfortable bed, no hand soap for the sink. The 2 rooms next to us had the doors open and housecleaning cart outside until late in the night.
