Amazing location, literally a few steps away from the Place du Capitole. It was situated on a lovely street with lots of boutiques, set within a courtyard so it was nice and quiet. Lovely decor, very light and airy. The host has left lots of leaflets and suggestions of things to do in the area, which was a thoughtful touch.

This is the perfect property in the very heart of Toulouse. Very clean and the location is just perfect.

Location

The host was very quick to help me when I had check-in issues. It was behind a gate off the main street which could only be accessed by a code, so felt very secure as a solo-female traveller. The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable.

The property was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to all amenities. In the evening, the big doors at the front of the enclave were closed, which felt secure. The property was well appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This included a washing machine and liquids which was handy.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The apartment is a great value for the price. It's in a central area, just 3 minutes from the main square, but it's inside a quiet, closed courtyard — perfect for a peaceful sleep. The space is small but super well designed. There’s a place to eat, cook, watch TV, and sleep. Everything you need is there — a dishwasher with capsules, a coffee machine, and more

The property was interesting and not a boring hotel room. The location was excellent.

right in the heart of Toulouse, a brief walk to the Capitole and very near to the metro stations. It was very nice to have written useful information and instructions about what to do in Toulouse. The host Hervé was very nice and gave us very detailed instructions how to get to the apartment. The apartment includes a washing machine which was very useful.

The flat is located in a great area of the city, just a few minute's walk from the main square, and right in the heart of the monumental part of Toulouse. It is located in an inner courtyard, so is absolutely silent at night. There is a door that closes the courtyard off from the street at night, and the first night of my stay I was unable to find the light switch so I had to light my way with my phone, but there was no problem at all. The bed was comfortable, but be aware that you have to climb some somewhat steep steps to a loft. The flat was furnished with all the necessities, and everything was in working order. The ceiling in the shower is quite low, but I was still able to stand. Good value for money.

Excellent location and convenient to reach by train and metro. The apartment was clean, and the bed comfortable. The coffee machine was great to have. Herve, the host, was very proactive to ensure check-in went smoothly. I was not disturbed by neighbors or sounds from the street. The curtains covered the big windows well so that early morning light was not disturbing. The apartment is well equipped with a microwave oven, washer and basic cutlery / crockery. The apartment was also equipped with temperature control to regulate the room temperature to comfortable levels. The digital door lock worked very well and the wifi was reliable and fast.

This apartment is a pearl waiting to be discovered. It feels at home. It was our love refuge in magical Toulouse. Words cannot describe what we had during our stay. It was objectively lucky to have chosen this apartment as our home. I absolutely recommend it because it exceeded our expectations.
