“Lovely staff but a little remote for my needs.”
I had to find accommodation at short notice when my previously booked place burnt down (& nobody informed me). An apartment was available for my dates and Monika (?) waited for me to arrive (I was walking) and then seeing that I was very hot and not well went and got bottled water for me. Not a big deal but greatly appreciated on a very hot day. When I was leaving 3 days later Nathalie saw me with a rather large suitcase and offered to drive me to the railway station. Very thoughtful!
