I haven’t met a lot of staff. Only the first day checking in. And they let me in my room earlier. It has all you need. A fridge, washing machine, shower, microwave, kettle etc …

“A convient place for solo travelers to stay”
Great location near the station. Lots of restaurants nearby! I'd recommend visiting in the summer or spring. Amazing value in the winter if you're just passing through town and need to sleep. The blankets are very heavy and warm, they make for a cozy sleep.

It was very decent with the price. Rooms, bathrooms and toilets are clean with free toiletries and dryer. Not really that noisy, and the mattress and blanket are comfy enough! Great for travelling alone!

“Great stay in Tottori!”
It is very close to the Station, the beds are big and comfy and the staff is very friendly. On my check out day, I could store my luggage as long as I like and in the evening when I was waiting for my train, they even let me hangout there (even though technically I checked out).

Nice experience, the staff was kind, place was clean and well equipped. Gets a bit loud at times tho, 'cause the walls are thin, but free earplugs are provided, so that's good. Great for those who are travelling alone and want to meet some new people. I'll definitely visit again, thank you👍

The staff were very kind. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were very clean. I liked the roof terrace, it was nice to see the city and feel the sun.
