It’s good property if you just have to sleep and you are visiting majorly for sightseeings. There is oven and fridge in the kitchen. Buy your bento and heat it. There is no utensils or coffee / tea bags so bring your own and cups too. Shower is on the ground floor. Bring your own towels. Host is kind.

I had a great stay at Leiwa. The owner is such a nice guy, had great tips for Tottori and his recommended breakfast is the best. I went there 3 days in a row. The location is very convenient, it's clean and you get all basic necessities. A very good place to stay and explore Tottori!

The owner was really kind and pleasant. This hostel is what you need for a couple of days in the city of Tottori. The owner also suggested me to have breakfast at another hotel and it was an excellent suggestion. Thank you very very much. The first Greek in Leiwa Inn!

I was ALONE on the entire floor!! The location is awesome once you understand the layout of Tottori. 10 minutes walk to the station. His name escaped me now, but the staff was the only one. His English was as fluent as l have ever run into over here. He even helped me get my luggage up, and then he walked me to the bus with my luggage on the day l left!!! Big Onion restaurant is the best food l have had in ages l ate there both nights! Green Rich Hotel has AYCE breakfast for 1100yen!!

The person who welcomed us was so nice and friendly!! He was fun and very helpful, he even spoke English and a tiny bit of French 😁 There was a list of recommended spots with useful descriptions. The location was very convenient. Thank you!
