The location is very close to the train station. The staff were helpful, and stored out bags after check out. The onsen facilities were nice. You could have extra pillows without issue. Very modern rooms, compact but perfectly fine.

The hotel is conveniently located near Tottori Station making it easy to get around. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. The public bath was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The location is good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Though artificial, the onsen public bath is very very good after long day of walking.

“Spacious rooms and a very relaxing stay with great service.”
Bigger than average rooms giving you just that extra needed to spread out on your stay. The onsen was so welcome at the end of the day. The staff were so attentive to our needs. Seeing us coming in. from getting drenched in a down pour they were quick to supply small towels. We didn't even ask. Great service.

“Fantastic hotel in great location in Tottori”
The location was excellent, near the station and all transport bits to key locations. The room was really comfy and big with lots of small details. The public bath was also great. I loved the breakfast, which was also very inexpensive. Bed was big and comfortable too. And the price was great!

“Great location, good hotel, rather bad breakfast”
great location in the center, parking lots are distributed first come first serve. We always got a parking spot (1000 JPY per night). The hotel even had staff to guide you to the specific parking space. Everything was good, not great, but exactly what you can expect for the money you pay.
