The food was outstanding with a huge variety every single day. There was something for everyone — seafood, meats, vegan options, fresh vegetables, fruits, desserts, ice cream machines and much more. Even my picky eater found something she loved every day. We also appreciated that free water and soda water were available throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptional and incredibly caring. I had an accident at the pool during our stay, and the staff immediately organised everything for me, from medical assistance to a wheelchair. Their help and kindness meant so much to us. The Golden Kids Club entertainers were honestly the best entertainers we have ever met. My daughter usually does not stay with strangers, but every morning she was begging to go to the kids club. That says everything! There is so much entertainment and activities that you never really need to leave the hotel, while adults can still enjoy plenty of relaxing time for themselves. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The location is also great — about a 10-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful walk up the hill to the lighthouse. The beaches in Tossa de Mar are super clean and very child friendly. Thank you for such a wonderful family holiday!

The facilities were very good. The property was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the pool was very big, with an additional adult sun deck on the roof, lots of sunbeds, pool bar, plenty of shade if needed, extensive buffet, lovely bar area, and we enjoyed the evening entertainment. A little bus / train stops outside and runs a circuit to the beach and back (not connected to the hotel) on a hop on / hop off system, for €9. Great for young families or a week away with the girls, or older couples. Room service came round every day. Reception was very efficient and pleasant. I would go again.

Excellent stay, we did have all inclusive and it was all as expected, maybe a little better, staff was friendly and helpful in all areas, location of hotel was in short walking location from beach. Can recommend this

Exceptional property with leisure facilities for the entire family. It is located 10 minutes walk away from the old town and castle. Well-appointed room with good lighting, complimentary coffee, small fridge, and safe. Nice bathroom. The room and corridors and public areas are pleasantly decorated. Enclosed parking at euro 20/day. Many details evidence the importance given to Fire, life safety (FLS). The breakfast buffet is exceptional, both for choice and quality. Unfortunately, we only had a short stay, but we will return.
