“Location near the sea.”

The villa is located 1minute walk to the coastline, there is a restaurant/bar right at the end of the street overlooking the beach.The villa is a 2 story house, however we only had access to the ground floor, the main part of the house has a kitchen, lounge, small utility room, 2 bedrooms 1 ensuite and a main bathroom. There is also another bedroom accessed only via the garden, which has a double bed, ensuite, sofa and fridge and kettle. The pool is small but perfect for cooling down on a hot day, there was a dining table & chairs,4 sun loungers left out for us to use. It states that the pool is cleaned daily, I do not think this is the case. The villa itself was pretty clean, strong smell of damp in the bedrooms in main house, it is a older property. The kitchen was nearly too well stocked, every type of glass possible, if it was up to me I would declutter big time!! The kitchen had food left from previous guests, both open and unopen which made it feel like a backpackers kitchen, just bin all that type of stuff. Lots of different types of teabags again it would look alot more tidy if just one canister was left with just one type of teabag. I would also say furniture for the sake of having furniture, just random chairs everywhere and no need for the bucket chairs in the bedrooms, once again declutter needed.There was only the bare minimum towels provided, no hand towel left in the main bathroom, only one left in the ensuite. I bought a couple of towels up the road in the chinese bazzar shop. The aircon was very tempermental and was constantly turning off after only a few min.As mentioned above this is a 2 storey villa, we got the feeling that someone lives upstaris, we heard noises and also the curtain upstaris had moved slightly on one of the days during our stay. We did not mind if someone was living upstaris we just would have liked to have known in advance.

Fridge providing chilled filtered water and ice-cubes on demand. Very well organised. Plenty of space. Lots of books and games. Well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, airers, irons, hairdryers, spare UK plugs - everything you need. Extensive information and even guidance videos provided before travel. Friendly helpful hosts.

The villa was amazing, and the hosts could not do enough for us. Beds are very comfortable, televisions great, if you need them, had a great time by the pool.
