“A fantastic stay in an extremely clean place with a wonderful breakfast!”
This is a place that clearly has a lot of care and effort put into it, in all aspects. The building retains a lot of its original exterior, but inside, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are very well renovated, and felt and smelled absolutely clean. Even the small things were done well, with lush and thick towels provided. Going down to breakfast in the morning, we were greeted daily by the owner, Sandra, who is actually the chef preparing breakfast for everyone from 4am every day. A vast selection of freshly prepared cakes, pastries, fruits, sausages, eggs, and more prepared us well for the day ahead. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, ready to open the gates whenever our car arrived, or to help with the luggages. The location of the property is great too, near the centre, but still in a quiet location for a good sleep. In conclusion, when the owner is prepared to wake up at 4am everyday to prepare breakfast, the rest of the property is just a delight to stay at, and we'll definitely return here if possible.
