“Amazing hotel, staff and view”

The staff were professional and approachable. Really appreciate the kind gesture from the hotel which made my stay extra special and memorable. The view of the Paine Massif was amazing I could stay in all day. Breakfast was quality food although variety was limited.

Amazing views, luxurious hotel feel. Just amazing..and the view from the room, omg.bed was super comfortable..i only ate at the bar and it was generally good, although i found trout a bit too salted and ceasar salad with chicken was not good..hamburger was amazing though! It was good base for exploring the park, especially the east. For the base of towers it will take almost the same as from Puerto Natales with the car. Nice little pool, although the water could be just a bit warmer..the price is high but for 2 night i was there it was ok to splurge and be closer to the park with amazing view and cosy hotel

“Amazing location with exceptional food served throughout the day”

Absolutely loved the location - view from room spectacular & so spacious/clean & comfortable . Staff were excellent, food amazing, cocktails great. The only downside was no air conditioning. Although a fan came with the room, it was so hot & stuffy ( had to keep the curtains drawn to keep out the sun but then you couldn’t see the amazing view). An amazing stay though.

Any doubts we had about splurging fo this hotel were dispelled when we entered the room and saw the view of the mountains. The room itself was huge and super comfortable. The spa was amazing: we had the pool to ourself in the morning. Food and drink in the downstairs bar was great and actually very reasonably priced.

Excellent location and services. Rooms facing the mountains are worth the extra cost.

Amazing place! Very nice rooms, super comfortable beds, high quality towels, varied breakfast, nice options for lunch/dinner. And the view out of this world. Excellent spa facilities, warm pool. Great options for excursions .
