“Stunning views, lovely staff”

The biggest strengths of the property are the views and the staff. Each of the staff members we met, from the front desk, to the porter, guide, restaurant staff, all were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was decent, with cereal, fruit, yogurt, bread, and eggs to order, with the option for to-go bags if you needed breakfast earlier than 7am. The lodge is located just outside the southern entrance of the TDP park.

Location is fantastic. The lodge has an amazing view over the park which can be seen from the bedrooms as well as the large lounge area. Short 5 minute drive from park entrance. Although we didn't go on any, there are a lot of activities including horse riding organised by the lodge.

Very comfortable and friendly. Staff were excellent, especially the boys on reception. Very clean. Restaurant was excellent too. The location was amazing with incredible views of the mountains.

“A magical stay in Patagonia”

We were in awe of the location and how beautiful the setting was - mountain backdrop, river flowing by and ponies roaming around the ground. Nearly all of the staff were amazing, so warm and welcoming, plus a good sense of humour! The guys serving breakfast and dinner were fantastic, even when very busy they still had a smile and upbeat mood. Our beds were comfy and a good size, the rooms were cosy and with good WiFi. Showers sometimes were temperamental but I think that can be forgiven! Plus staff would check in when they noticed a problem to ensure it was resolved. The restaurant serves up spectacular steaks, and we received a lovely surprise when the waiters hearf of our engagement news. What a truly special spot, it really added to the magic of our engagement.. thank you so much!

Very comfortable rooms with large bed and bathroom. Extensive tasty breakfast - which was also available to takeaway for an early start. Very close to park entrance. Smart decor throughout with great views. Restaurant on property nice food.

The location is amazing. It is the best location in that area because it is right on the river, overseeing the mountains with no obstruction, and they 3 jacuzzis facing the mountains. The landscape made up of the trees and horses walking around in the foreground is fantastic. All the rooms have excellent views. The reception is a bit of a walk from the parking lot but there is a very nice feel to the walk among the trees, the horses and the hares you see every now and then.

The location is amazing with an incredible view and a idyllic setting with the horses and river. The staff was extremely kind including Marius and Maari at the reception. The dinner was always delicious with a great selection also for vegetarians.

“Serene stay in breathtaking location”

Views from both bedrooms were incredible, but the greatest surprise and enjoyment was the huge lounge room with panoramic windows facing the river and rugged mountains and horses grazing in the open fields. Breathtaking- the views were photograph perfect!

Great Location, just 100 meters out of the park. You stay kind of on the (huge) farm, where also another hotel is located. You can see the farmers/cowboys at work with their dogs, horses and cows: great to see. In addition, as it is surrounded by water, you can see a lot of beautiful birds (but unfortunately also musquitoes). You can get fresh fried eggs for breakfast, which is exceptional in Patagonia! Rooms are spacious, waterpressure great.
