“Fantastic Location - we were never cold”

The location is great and the cabins are very cosy and fairly well equipped. Underfloor heating is great. No local options for shopping although if it is open the Rio Serrano Hotel is very good for dinner.

The location is excellent. Although the accommodation is outside the scenic area, it's very convenient to drive there. The nearby viewpoints and campsites offer fantastic views! The staff are also very friendly. We stayed for 3 days and were very satisfied.

The place is absolutely beautiful and the cabins are very cozy and comfortable. The service was also very nice and helpful when we needed to change the dates of the trip.

The location is excellent. Right outside of national Park. The Rio serrano lookout is one of the kind giving you a 180 degree view of most of the mountains inside the park, even the 3 towers. Staff Luisa was super nice and helpful.

The place had a stunning view and it was perfectly located close to the entrance of the national park Torres del Paine. We stayed one night there and the cabana was equipped with the essential things needed for one night

“Great location & perfect option for TdP stay”

We spent two nights at the cabañas. Our unit looked like the pictures - with a different loveseat & chair, but otherwise the same. The kitchen is small; however, you have a large countertop beside the stove for meal prep. There were multiple pots & pans and enough other utensils for cooking. Note that consumables were only salt & pepper. The furniture was comfortable and in satisfactory condition. Our unit had windows on two sides, one of which received afternoon sun, keeping it warm without needing to use the heater too frequently. The pictures show radiators in the bedrooms and living area, our cabaña had an AC/Heater wall unit on the wall between the two windows. I am unsure if the radiators are used in the winter. It did not get cold enough during our stay to warrant their use. We naturally wake early and so turned the heater on a little before getting out of bed; it sufficiently heated the cabaña that we could then turn it off. The shower had more than adequate water pressure and hot water for our entire showers. WiFi exists, but as expected given the location, was slower and dropped occasionally. The cabañas have a great view of the mountains, you can see other cabañas to the side but it's possible to take a picture with only nature. The location is perfect as it is only a few minutes to the park entrance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband accidentally left his kindle and they replied to our message quickly and sent it to us that afternoon in Puerto Natales on their bus. We chatted with the main and local offices, and everyone was professional and willing to go above and beyond to get it back to us. We greatly appreciate their kindness.

The cabin was tidy, fully equipped and had a great view of the mountains. There was enough space between the cabin and other, surrounding buildings for it to be quiet and have a good rest. The owner who welcomed us was very friendly.

The cabin was very well built, warm and cosy as the wind was blowing outside. The kitchen was well equipped and sitting at the table enjoying the peacefulness was great.

Location is good, next to a river and with nice mountain views. It’s close to the park, but still a drive from the hikes (1,5 hr to base torres start point and 30 mins to cuernos or condor start points). I don’t think you can stay closer by though for a similar price unless you camp.
