“Perfetto”

An ideal accommodation for anyone wanting to visit Val d'Orcia. The location is excellent, as everything is easily reachable by car (Bagno Vignoni, Pienza, and the stunning landscapes of this part of Tuscany). The host, Lelio, is extremely kind and polite, a true gentleman who is available for anything you might need. The apartment consists of a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a small balcony. The view from the bedroom is wonderful. The accommodation has shutters, so the rooms can be completely darkened. The cleanliness is impeccable, absolutely flawless. The internet connection is excellent. Parking spaces are public and located right on the street. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. I would gladly return anytime and stay for more days.

The location was easily accessible, the host was welcoming and friendly. He waited for us to hand over the keys and show us around. The apartment was spacious, beautiful and clean, well equipped and the host even provided us with some food (including his home-made jam that was really tasty). There was storage for the bikes in a small private garage with a key.

This very comfortable apartment was perfectly positioned for our night stage on the via Francigena. It was very spacious , light , pleasantly furnished , and had everything we could wish for We were also supplied with all the makings for breakfast which we hadn’t expected Check in was thoughtfully managed

The apartment is spotless, look even better than the picture. The kitchen has everything that you needed. The host even provided foods to prepare our breakfast! Perfect stay if you are exploring Val d’Orcia as most of the viewpoints are within 15min drive.

Host was extremely accomodating and kind with our delayed flight and very late arrival. Included some breakfast foods (yogurt, fruit, bread), condiments, tea, coffee, milk. Very clean, great facilities (washing machine, stove, oven etc.), nice shower, wifi, felt very safe, and there were information pamphlets about the area. Close to the supermarket and local restaurants. Great location to drive (very easy parking) to nearby towns, wineries and farms. Amazing views from the apartment, perfect Tuscany trip!

Very clean and all the toiletries were included. We also got ingredients for breakfast. The host was very nice and respectful.

Spacious, comfortable, in walking distance to the cafe and restaurants, quiet place. In striking distance to fabulous places around. Plenty of hikes.

The property was spacious, quiet and very clean. We found everything that we needed there, including nice snacks for breakfast. Lelio, the host, is very welcoming.

Very spacious apartment with a large and comfortable living room. Very clean and with everything you could possibly need. Just a few steps off the Via Francigena and an easy walk to a supermercado. We would love to have stayed longer and would definitely recommend it.

The Apartment was very comfortable, two bedrooms and a kitchen which was quite well stocked. It was warm at night ( mid July) but the fans helped. The owner was very helpful.

“Perfect!”

Beautiful comfortable apartment in the perfect location! It has everything, even an electric kettle, tea, coffee, some snacks for breakfast. Very silent and so close to the most beautiful points of Val d'Orcia. The host was super nice, he let us stay till the evening!
