The staff needs more training in hospitality. They need to smile more while offering services. It should not feel as if they are doing a favour but that they are willing to do what is requested out of them. They had the same breakfast spread every morning and that too without a smile on their faces. Quite disappointed. It is a rundown property which is not properly maintained right from the entrance doors to the lift and finally to the furniture in the rooms.

“A very comfortable stay,”
A good location to get the train into the city or to get a plane - 20 mins driving to airport. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms comfortable and clean.

Easy to check in, room great for the one night stay, no tea or coffee though Excellent service from Sebastian in the bar in the evening
