“Clean, quiet and great value”

Very clean, exactly as the pictures described. Worked very well for the family. And the upstairs was a lovely bonus for relaxing in the evening. Definitely worth getting the pool heated, meant we could use it first thing in the morning and late at night and the children never wanted to get out! The communication from the hosts was very helpful, efficient and friendly. The location is great, close and cheap taxi into Murcia or Los Alcazarez or a short drive. Ability to walk to the nearby hotel complex and bar / padel courts was a bonus. Definitely recommend and would return

Very comfortable property with a super king bed in main bedroom. This mattered a lot to me as I’ve just had a double hip replacement. The property has everything you need for your stay and the en-suite bathroom had a great shower and plenty of room. Outside space was lovely and if only the temperature had been warmer I’d loved to have spent some time in the pool. I’ll just have to come back during the warmer months. The property also has a lovely sunny terrace on the first floor.

It was perfect for couples or family, comfortable beds, there was also lots of little essentials there other then the ones stated, teabags, coffee, cleaning stuff, hand wash etc (although we did bring our own) toys for children if required books and table tennis also.

“Exceptional Villa in a great location”

Such a beautiful Villa, clean, with 2 bedrooms with air con, lovely comfy sofa - outside is lovely pool a great size and needed for the heat. Kitchen had everything you would need and all appliances worked perfect. Had a cordless vacuum too which was great. Outside there is a table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers downstairs and two upstairs along with two little tub chairs with a table. Plenty of space with great wardrobe space too.

The location on MMGR is safe and secure and the gardens and communal areas are all spotlessly maintained. The villa is really comfortable and the pool amazing - very impressed !

Communication was fantastic. Within minutes we had reply’s to any questions raised . Hosts were very friendly and welcoming to their Villa. On entry you could smell it was clean and on inspection compared to many we have stayed in this was definitely one of the cleanest. The pool was lovely and clean and having the roof terrace was a nice bonus . Loved the mosquito shutter at the door ! Many we have stayed in just have curtains. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt!
