Location to the supermarket is in walking distance. Had to drive to beach, restaurant & surf shops but only a 5 minute drive. It was lovely to have 2 separate living areas to relax plus a lovely outside area on the deck. Travelled with 4 mature age ladies, some love to talk and others just want to sit quietly and read, so it was perfect for us. Our stay was only short so didn't get to use the BBQ. Would be perfect for a family or girlfriends who like to sit and talk.

Immaculately clean. Spacious lounge room with smart TV and large kitchen. There's a separate study with a second smart TV. 4 bedrooms with built in robes. Beds are comfortable. Safe, grassed and enclosed back yard with outdoor covered relaxation area. BBQ available which we didn't use. A hose in both front yard and back yard, which is useful when washing sand off feet after beach outing. In kitchen, coffee machine with starter supply of pods. Also cling wrap, foil and some cooking oil, tea and instant coffee as well as 3 small milks. In cupboards, 3 tea towels and a few dish washer tablets plus dish detergent, scourers and rubbish bags. Thankfully we didn't have to buy any of these, as is sometimes the case and is very annoying when only staying 3 nights. Good size refrigerator and gas hot plates and electric oven which works beautifully. 3 saucepans, 2 frying pans, grater (thank you) and a colander to drain pasta. Be good to add a lemon squeezer and a baking dish. (K-Mart have them for less than $10.) We wanted to cook a roast but there was only a flat baking tray. No hand mixer to whip cream or to make cake. Perhaps just one cake tin to bake a cake. (Again K-Mart $15 or less for hand beater and Op-Shop cake tin $5) 2 bathrooms with good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. One fluffy white towel per person. One bathmat per bathroom and one hand towel. No face washers. There's a washing machine, dryer and airing rack as well as an outdoor clothes line. Pegs and laundry powder are also provided. Didn't use but great to have. Well kept property and short drive to the beach.
