“Beautiful property with amazing host!”

The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The property was well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and modern with some great features.

The owner was lovely, and provided some good breakfast supplies, plenty of bathroom supplies, and good heating. Everything was very clean and Sauna and spa were available for use.

We really liked the location of the house — it was convenient and peaceful. The style and design of the basement were modern and bright, which is especially nice for a basement space. Everything was automated and fairly new, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, and each room had good TVs, which is exactly what we appreciate. We especially enjoyed the large hot tub, sauna, and barbecue, which made our stay even better. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient for travelers. Also, the host was very friendly and welcoming.

“Excellent home from home in the suburbs of Toronto”

The property is in quiet residential area walkable to a train station into the city 30 minutes, the property is totally self-contained. The owners live in the other half of the house above the facilities were great, including Jacuzzi and sauna and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom facilities. it is exactly as shown in the photographs as we were there for a week in the winter. The heating facilities worked perfectly and there is a washer and tumble dryer. The owner met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us useful information about the property and his wife met us a couple of times and was really helpful On the night before departure The lady owner called round and gave us all four of us a gift to remember Toronto by to take home We would highly recommend this property,

not including breakfast. Nice and warm landlord.

The host met us at the property and responded to all messages promptly. The host gifted all the occupants a Christmas present, which was a lovely gesture! The pictures on the website are a true reflection of the size of the property. The apartment amenities are great for a family (cooking facilities, washing facilities, entertainment etc). It was a luxury having access to the jacuzzi and sauna, thank you Ilyia and Larissa for making our family reunion so comfortable and fun. This is the best apartment away from home I have ever rented.
