The location worked out well for our trip as we were attending a wedding nearby. Make sure you have the Uber app or another ride app to get cabs as buses aren't that regular. There are bus stops behind the property so this is useful if you time it well especially for going to the station. Make sure you buy bus tickets in advance or have coins ready. The property has Netflix and other streaming apps for entertainment which is nice. The apartment was warm, quiet and comfortable which was good (especially as we went in the depths of winter). Supermarkets are a bus ride/cab ride away. Good amount of power outlets around the property.

Very clean, great location close to two RER stations. The surrounding area is pleasant.
