Bathroom had no ventilation and after taking two showers in the morning the smoke sensor started the alarm. When the guy from the place came he said we took showers with water being to worm.

I really liked the size of our room, the bathroom, the bed was perfect size for two people. It was clean. I liked that it had a kettle. The room had plenty of space for 2 people.

The hotel is under refurbishment, but it is all very clean and the staff is very welcoming & friendly, the room are good and well setup, the morning breakfast is very well layout and generous, a good place to stay when you wish to visit Euro Disney or any other attractions in the vicinity, would stay there again, thanks.

“Serious safety incident: room double-booked and entered at night”

Due to a serious safety incident, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel. Apart from how very noisy the room was and how much the bathroom was in need of renovation, our stay included an incident that caused me to lose sleep. My young son and I were already asleep when, around midnight, someone opened our room door, realized it was occupied, and quickly left again. As I was traveling alone with my son, I couldn’t leave the room to go to reception and check what had happened. You can imagine that after this, I no longer felt safe and barely slept for the rest of the night. In hindsight, I could have called reception, but in the middle of the night that simply didn’t occur to me. The next morning, a staff member at reception actively sought us out to apologize. He explained that a colleague had accidentally double-booked the room. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, this is not a minor error as it directly affects guest safety. Both I (a mother traveling alone with a young child) and the other guest were put in an unsafe situation. When I expressed this concern, it was somewhat downplayed, with the explanation that it “wasn’t really unsafe” because they had sent the other guests to our room. That response did not feel appropriate or reassuring. All in all, this was a distressing experience, and for that reason I cannot recommend staying at this hotel, as guest safety does not seem to be handled with sufficient care.

It was easy accesibil to metro going directly to Disney metro station. Cleaning was at a decent level, the reception personnel supportive. Breakfast ok.

Excellent restaurant with great food and very knowledgeable and friendly staff 10/10. Reception is a desk in the bar area, not a place where one can be private with payments or special requests, 6/10 only because bar staff were excellent.
