“Very pleasant overnight stay at Tonnerre”
Really nice family run hotel clearly part of the local scene, doing its bit for the community. Real pleasure to see these traditions continue. Our welcome was warm and we were immediately at home. Good restaurant. Excellent bike storage.

Large room with closet and stand for suitcase, big double bed, interesting decoration- a sort of cubist pattern reflected in the drapes. There was a kettle for tea/coffee (supplied.) Bathroom has beautiful tile-work, large soaker shower head available, and hair dryer built in.

The location is very good. Right next to the historical buildings. The room is quite decent. very close to.chablis. The staff is very friendly, even though she does not speak much English.

The room was very comfortable with an armchair and windows that opened wide to let in fresh air. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern. Breakfast was cheap but excellent. The baguettes were top quality. It was lovely to have good fresh fruit. The hotel is in the centre of town yet quiet at night.

Good hotel at the center of Tonnerre, friendly staff and good breakfast. Parking available just across the street or 2 minutes walk away. If you can't find a place in Chablis, it's only 15-minute drive to there.
