In the hotel's main hot spring bath, "Ryujin no Yu", no mixed bathing is allowed for children aged 6 and over. For the purpose of ensuring the safety of children, children aged between 6 and 12 must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex when using the bath.

“Beautiful room and view. Onsen was a highlight. Staff were very curtious.”
The room was very clean and provided heaps of water and little biscuits that were delicious. The room was spacious and came with a tatami mat and baby cot. The hotel is up on the peak of the island so it overlooks the ocean and shops below with an awesome 270 degree view. The room included an onsen bath on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. The hot spring water filled the bath. The bath was a good size for one person and filled up in less than 8 minutes. The were a variety of seperate baths in the onsen including open air baths that overlooked the ocean and also had two saunas. The salt/aroma sauna was really good. The onsen is open till midnight! There were vending machines outside the onsen with a variety of drinks. The pool and view toward the ocean was really beautiful. The staff provided all swimming gear including towels, goggles, floats, rings, chilled bottled water and were happy to take photos and play with the kids. Staff were generally very friendly and greeted you every time you walked into the lobby. Coin laundry is available with three washing machines / dryers.

“A clean, welcoming resort with excellent service and a memorable onsen experience.”
The staff were fluent in English and communicated very well, which made everything easy and pleasant. The room was spotless and offered a beautiful view. Although our room had a private onsen, I especially enjoyed visiting the public onsen—the atmosphere was completely different and very relaxing. I truly wished I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what the resort offers.

We stayed in a room with a private onsen. Room was spacious but set out a little strangely. Staff were polite and kind.

We arrive early in the morning to store our luggage first. After we return to the hotel after lunch. The room is ready and the staff had already put our luggage in the room. The garlic shrimp rice at the beach is delicious! Highly recommended!
