“don’t stay here”
rude staff, lots of contractors staying there, pool never clean and air condition on in the indoor pool room anyways, breakfast terrible, housekeeping non existent. also, told me I needed to check out Monday because that’s when I prepaid through even though we didn’t need the room Sunday night. so don’t prepay if you may not need the whole stay (I.e. baseball tournament) because they will surely take your money. however funny, they “checked me out” this morning and sent my receipt at 7:45 not even 11:00 when check out time is. They would not give me a receipt yesterday when I checked out because they told me I had to check out today because I pre-paid. THey blame the booking company and their corporate for their decision - they lie. Also, if you have children, they will be rude to them if they make a peep. The floors or paper thin and you can hear everything, even just walking around.

Stayed at this location recently for 5 nights while in Tomball for a graduation. The hotel is clean, comfortable, well-maintained and in a quiet location. Staff was very friendly and responsive. A great hotel for the price point. Close to downtown Tomball where there are plenty of cute shops to visit!
