“Blissful family-like stay”

Amazing accommodation in quiet area, with homey feeling

Very well-organized online check-in and instructions. Free parking on the street in front of the building. We really liked the pool and sitting in the garden. Quite a good breakfast and we appreciate the possibility of buying drinks from the fridge in the common room. As a minus, I consider the ban on consuming your own drinks in the building and in the room (of course, if they have the same drink in the fridge, I'm happy to buy it, but I prefer the possibility of drinking other drinks as you like) - however, we respected the rule. I ordered a more expensive room with a king size bed, because we like comfort at night. In our country, king size is called beds that are 180 cm wide. This bed was not. It was 150-160 cm, so it was not suitable for us and I think it was a Queen size. :( Otherwise, the room was spacious and very nice.

Cozy quite place in the surroundings. Relaxing pool area.

Away from the main city, this was a quiet suburb that is an easy bus ride away from the centre. We ate locally the first night and it was very good. It was not too hot when we were there but the pool is beautiful and would make a good place to rest in the middle of the day when it gets hot. Our host was really helpful, Ruuds recommendations on where to eat were spot on. An enjoyable breakfast, and a very comfortable bed with a great shower. Thanks

Parking was available directly on the main street and we were always able to find a spot. Since we visited outside the main season, it is possible that parking availability could be more limited during the summer months. The location was fine, especially since we had a car and were able to move around easily. The accommodation also has a swimming pool that can be used during the season. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. There was a selection of vegetables, fruit and fresh pastries. It was also possible to have several types of eggs prepared fresh according to your preference. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. Overall we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at this B&B. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome — the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The place was spotless throughout, and the breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety. The location is very quiet and feels very safe, which we really appreciated. It’s convenient if you have a car, although it’s a bit far to walk to the closest metro station.

“A relaxing oasis just off the motorway”

A welcoming oasis very close to Seville. Easy to find off the motorway. Easy to park. We liked the bed, good quality bedding and towels and lovely decor and furnishings throughout the villa. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Wifi worked well.

Room was clean and a/c worked a treat, the location and set up is great with coffee/tea/wine/beer/snacks. Pool looks great but we didn't get chance to use it (next time)... Liked the WhatsApp intro clip with the key location, room etc ..brilliant Ruud was attentive and a mine of information for all the local details.

“Beautiful relaxing spot”

The Casa Arena is a beautiful building. The pool and garden is a lovely space to relax in. The owners are very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. It's a beautiful place to base yourself in a quiet area just outside the city centre of Seville.

Ruud was one of the best hosts we ever had. The communication was perfect and he's careful to every little thing so it's guest to feel comfortable. The location is great and near to the bus station. We loved the breakfast there; its juices are amazing! Happy that we've choose this place and we totally recommend it!

A little slice of paradise just outside Seville! We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful B&B just outside Seville, and we honestly couldn’t recommend it more! The location is absolutely perfect — very close to the city and well connected, offering the ideal balance between peaceful surroundings and easy access to the vibrant city center. The owners, Ruud and Angeles, are simply amazing: incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warmth and attention to detail. There was also a lovely young woman on the team (we sadly can’t remember her name!) who gave us fantastic tips on places to visit and hidden gems in and around Seville — she was an absolute star! What truly made this place special is the feeling of being at home, something you don’t find just anywhere. The atmosphere was authentic, cozy, and full of genuine care for guests. “A place to stay in Sevilla”

I love the convenience of parking outside and easy to find the place from the motorway. The area is close to all the amenities that you need. Beautiful and clean neighbourhood, and the room is super comfy.

Very good breakfast and nice hosts. The room was big and the swimming pool excellent as was its surroundings.
