“Nice place, nice host”

The house and the room are just like you can see in the pictures. A small garden where you can eat or relax; small bedroom and bath, with an array of kitchen things (fridge, kettle, plates, cups, cuttler, coffee...) Vladimir is very nice and helpful. You can park right in front of the house. Tolmin is a quite town; you can go on foot from tbe house to the Tolmin Gorge (20 minutes).

“A perfect, friendly base for exploring Soca valley.”

An excellent base for exploring Soca valley - we would certainly recommend! We can't fault anything. The studio room was perfect for us - comfortable, plenty of space, the kitchen was small but adequate, nice bathroom. The WiFi was also fast enough to work for a few days with calls etc - no issues. The views from all sides are wonderful. Vladimir was a kind and brilliant host - always friendly and with a smile. He went above & beyond by providing some welcome drinks, washing our clothes and giving us a ride to the bus station when we left.

The location is perfect. The host is wonderful, he was very helpful during our stay, he gave us recommendations and helped us with with everything. We even received clean towels every day. The garden is a nice spot to rest a little bit.

“Highly recommended”

The owner Vladimir was very friendly and when I arrived early evening on a Saturday, he warned me to make sure I went to the supermarket as they close on a Sunday. He was very helpful, and even gave me a gift wrapped bottle of wine as he happened to notice it was my birthday during the week! The rooms were clean and comfortable and the quiet air conditioning was much appreciated during the hot humid weather. The location was extremely quiet and the communal outside area was a pleasant place to sit.

Nice reception by the owning family. Very near the village centre. Small but practical kitchen. Outside terrace in the shade (shared but enough space). 2 km from Tolmin Gorges.

“Amazing stay in beautiful Tolmin”

We had a great stay here in Tolmin. The room was perfect for two people, with a private kitchen, toilet and shower. There is also an AC. The location was ideal for visits to the town centre, as well as right next to walks in the beautiful nature Tolmin offers. Vladimir was friendly, kind and offered us great tips for the area. I highly recommend this place and will certainly return again soon.

“A friendly, cozy stay - highly recommended”

Vladimir was super friendly and even offered me a welcome drink of local liquor when I arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed and more! A hot water kettle for morning tea/coffee, mini fridge, and plates with cutlery were an added bonus. The location come with parking and is right off of a walking path that will take you to the Tolmin gorge - no extra parking fees!

Super friendly and helpful staff and everything was clean. The location was perfect, as it was close to the town for dinner and to the paragliding LZ.
