Good place to stay for a night. Breakfast was a bit lacking

Bed was very comfortable, room clean and spacious. Staff super friendly. Breakfast had lots of choices.

We informed the customer service to fix the room heater and requested to clean up the room but they did nothing even though they said they would. So, no heater and dirty towels on the second day stay.

I really enjoyed having a full-size breakfast. They had a lot of variety. I wasn't thrilled that I picked an industrial park hotel, but it did have some fast-food options, and the front desk had food items to purchase to heat up in the room.

Nothing. The manager mad us check out for whatever reason he wanted. That's was fine. I went right next door to Comfort Inn, better room for less money. I won't be staying at Holiday Inn Express ever again 😒 😪

Despite arriving close to closing time at the complimentary breakfast area, the staff members were not only welcoming but went the extra mile to accommodate us. They kindly prepared omelettes for us even when the supplies were running low. This level of service certainly made our stay feel more comfortable and memorable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable night's sleep. The bed was cozy, and the amenities met our basic needs. While we didn't have much time to explore the hotel's facilities, we were satisfied with our stay. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express Toledo North served its purpose as a convenient stopover during our journey. It may not be a luxury destination, but it offered a comfortable night's rest and friendly service. If you're looking for a practical and welcoming place to stay for a night or two, this hotel is worth considering.
