We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient — it is located right next to Toyota Rent A Car and directly in front of a private hospital, which made everything much easier for our trip. We also really appreciated the free shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel. It was very convenient and helpful for our family. What impressed us the most was the honesty and hospitality of the staff. My mother accidentally left her perfume at the hotel, and when we returned after two nights for another check-in, the staff had safely kept it and returned it to us. We are truly grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very welcomed throughout our visit. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and the size was just nice for our family. One of the best things was the free shuttle bus service between the airport and hotel, which made our journey much more convenient. The location was also perfect, especially being right next to Toyota Rent-A-Car, which was very helpful for our trip arrangements.

Best hotel to stay for your last night in Tokyo, clean, close to Haneda airport with free shuttle bus and very friendly staff. Alot of choice for breakfast too.

Small space , but it is super easy to get there if you are arriving late on haneda. Breakfast was great

Close to Haneda airport, only 50 metres from Otorii station East exit. Comfortable beds, staff were very friendly and helpful with check- in, which is done on a machine. Very good breakfast included.

Used it as a 1 night stay after a late arrival. Shuttle bus service was convenient. Rooms on the smaller side but fine for a short stay

I have stayed before and while the room is small it had everything I needed. A good place to rest after a long flight. It's close to Haneda Airport via the metro which is great for late check-ins and early check-outs.

The room is quite new. They provide bread early in the morning - good for those who use the shuttle to the airport in the early morning. They also provide the water, microwave, and ice machine. Staff speak English very well. Very organized hotel. The location is 5 steps from the station.
