The Shuttle Bus from Airport is very convenient. The staff was very helpful and could speak English. The breakfast was also good.

Our room was next to the elevator shaft, on both of our stays 3 weeks appart. We could not sleep as we could hear the elevator all through the night.

Good location if you have late night filght to Japan. Very close to subway from Haneda airport only 2or3 station. There's also have car rental fron Toyata rent a car office next to hotel.

“Great hotel for transit.”
I like the free shuttle bus service to the airport for guests like me who had an early morning flight. They also have a light breakfast between 0500-0600 which is good for people who take the shuttle. The dining hall is very convenient and you can leave your luggages before checking-in if you want to roam around. The hotel room is very clean, too. The proximity to the train station is just 2 min by foot.

Stayed over 1 night as a layover for me and my wife as our flight arrived late at night. Left early morning the next day, but the free breakfast was decent. Very convenient location being very close to the train station.

Excellent location for airport and centre of Tokyo. Caught train regularly from Otorii station (less than 100 yds from hotel) to Tokyo Central and Yokohama. Getting a Suica card for public transport is a must. Makes using public transport so much easier.

can't comment much as I stayed less than 12 hours in this hotel as I needed to catch a very early flight. The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Haneda airport every 15mins. You just wait at the hotel lobby.
