The cutest one-room apartment just next to SkyTree with balcony. We had such a great stay here - the kids loved the small loft bed. The host is really kind and takes good care of you. Kazuki (the host) was very proactive and responsive to our needs and request. When we stayed at his apartment it was when the Hokkaido earthquake happened (Dec8). He gave us an instant update to assure safety. He was also very kind to help us dispose of our broken luggage (there is a disposal fee for luggage in Japan!), for free! We appreciate his help since we wouldn’t have been able to manage that otherwise. Recommend 2-3 pax to stay at unit 201!!

“Clean and Cozy”

The host, Kazuki san was super thoughtful. Every day he informed us about places to visit and the weather. What I loved the most was that we could do our laundry for free, and he provided good-quality detergent. The shampoo and body wash were great too. I’d definitely stay there again.

Provided all the toiletries, washing machine powder, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils.

A great property to stay at! Location is convenient - 2 stops to Asakusa and a direct line also to Shibuya. There is a 7/11 about a minute or so away and then it is about 3 mins to sky tree mall, supermarket, oshiage station. The host Kazuki is excellent with communication and provides all the information you need for your stay, as well as local advice and recommendations. We stayed on level 2 and there is a small storage space for luggage to get it out of the way. Everything was clean and tidy and amenities such as shampoo and washing powder were provided. Having a washer and dryer is very handy! Kazuki may also be able to drop/pick you up from Disneyland if it fits his schedule for a fee which was helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet. Thanks Kazuki!

This property is in the perfect location and a great size for our family of three. The room was extremely clean and fully equipped with washing facilities which was fantastic. It also has a great view of the Skytree from the balcony.

Fantastically well organised, and Kazuki-San deserves a 5 ⭐ award for hospitality, helpfulness and friendliness. The neighbourhood is quiet, with great access to anything you can need; restaurants, trains, stores etc.

“Sumida City's Gem”

Location, host, cleanliness, extra services...everything was just fantastic. Both a very central and, at the same time, quiet and nice neighborhood. Our host, Kazuki, bent over backwards in helping us and making sure our stay was comfortable. He even offered us extra cleaning on the 4th day of our 8 day stay AND gave us a ride in his car to Tokyo Station, when we left - both free of charge. We are so lucky to have found this fantasic little apartment. Thank you so much for everything, dear Kazuki-san!

Great location right next door to the Skytree. Food, stores and train station all right by the Apartment. The Cafe downstairs ist great, do try it out. :)

The apartment is well placed. Just 5 mins from Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa and Handzomon lines stations. Very comfy for 4 people. You can have a breakfast in the cafe below or find anoter option in the trade center near the Skytree. There is a washing-drying machine in the apartment, so you can wash some t-shirts right away after a hot sunny day. The apartment is clean and everything is in a good working condition. Also, I appreciate 29 pages of a well detailed apartment manual. Good work!

Location from station was fantastic The owner solved a user error with the door promptly and efficiently and showed care and attention and wished us an enjoyable stay and kept in touch with useful tips on what to do in poor weather as day 2 was raining Cafe below should that be needed Handy washing machine and tumble dryer used during stay - thank you. Included dishwasher detergent Convenient layout of bathroom for family use to allow a bit more privacy and multi use (e.g someone can shower, use the sink, and toilet separately) handy when trying to get out early. Lovely to have a balcony on 301. Tue bunk bed had more height on the lower bunk so the kids went up top and adults below. Useful multi charging points
