“Great hotel in a very central location. Staff are exceptional”
Staff were amazing. We stayed here in early June and during our stay I had to take my daughter to emergency department at a hospital. The staff called around for us and pre-registered our visit, arranged a taxi and checked in on us when we returned. Incredibly caring and went above and beyond for us

“LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!!!”
The location was fantastic!! Being right next to the park was a great place to chill & regroup to continue exploring Tokyo. The room was a little disappointing (a little musty & pretty basic) but it was the location which would be why we would choose to stay again!
