Loved the location — just a short walk to the station and plenty of food options nearby. It was also much quieter than central Tokyo, while still having lots to do in the area. The accommodation was clean and had every amenity you could need and more, including a washing machine and filtered water machine. I especially loved how the bathroom doubles as a drying room for your clothes. We are already planning to visit Japan again, and next time I will definitely stay longer at this accommodation. “It went beyond my expectations!”

The location was really convenient, and very close to big attractions like Sensoji. The surroundings were very nice and felt safe. The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating.

“Fantastic stay for family of four”

The photos don't do the apartment justice. We felt it was more spacious and attractive in person. This was a well appointed apartment that suited our family of four. We appreciated having space for our luggage, comfortable beds, option of the sofa bed, living room space and dining table. The water dispenser and the generous snacks were a hit and the hair-dryers and salonia hair straightener were a great thought. It was great having a washing machine and keeping the drying rack in the bathtub made drying clothes in the shower/drying room overnight easy. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location was very convenient, a short walk to Tawaramachi and Asakusa station, and an easy walk to restaurants, Kappabashi street and Nakamise street. It was in a quiet street so no street noise for us despite being on 1st floor (no elevator). We were also able to leave our luggage in the apartment stairwell with combination locks upon checkout as we had an evening flight.

The apartment was immaculate- super clean! The owners left little treats for us which was lovely. Instructions were very detailed and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

“Incredibly comfortable stay in Asakusa”

We had the most amazing stay at Acoe Asakusa. Our host was super nice and helpful. The flat is gorgeous, modern and very comfortable. You can see that there is a lot of care to make us feel at home. Close to the station and in the heart of Asakusa. 10/10, will recommend it to everyone!

The apartment was very nice and in a quiet area. With the Ginza or Asakusa Line it was easy to travel around Tokio. In the Apartment were explanations to everything in English, so it was very convenient. The communication with the hosts was also very easy and kind.

Amazing location. Short walk from Tawaramachi station and senso-ji temple. Host provided welcome snacks and even a small parting gift to wish us well on our continued journey. Host provided clear instructions on how to use all the appliances in the apartment and there was a multi charging port in the property also. Got the impression the host had tried to anticipate travellers needs in advance and provided facilities to meet those needs.

Great location - Heaps of nice cafes and restaurant options nearby. Coin washer and convenience stores. Subway station is only a minute walk. Great house - Clean, spacious, great bathroom and bedroom perfect for 3 people with space for suitcases unlike other places we stayed. Other - Incredibly nice, helpful and responsive admin. Little guide booklets and complimentary stack were a great addition.

“Perfect launching pad for first-time visit to Tokyo!”

Acoe Asakusa is the perfect property for a soft landing in Tokyo for first-time visitors to Japan. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, helped by handy explanations in English for the Japanese appliances. The uncluttered modern decor makes the snug apartment feel more spacious than it otherwise might. The air conditioners provided ample heating in winter, and we were always warm and comfortable. One of the best aspects of Acoe is its location. While it feels tucks away into a quiet suburb, it is in fact just a short walk away from the tourist hub surrounding Sensoji Temple. Closer to the apartment there are several cafes and restaurants. February Cafe, just a few minutes walk away, serves excellent coffee and tasty toast-based breakfasts. The closest train station, from where you can visit Tokyo’s other principle areas, is likewise just a few minutes walk away.
