“Beautiful hotel with amazing views”
The view was amazing from the reception area 😍 and even from the room the view was amazing. This hotel is on the 33rd to 36th floor of the building. The staff all very friendly and helpful. They also kept our luggage for us after check out before our flight. The building has a mall and the subways at the bottom so very convenient

The location was to our liking, being close to transport and a quieter area of the city. The breakfast had a good selection of food types, and of a high quality. The room was a good size with good facilities.

“Nice to try “stay in the sky””
Amazing views of the city and even Mt Fuji. Spacious room. Enhanced room cleaning. Onsen “in the sky”. Nice park and river bank for joggers, walkers. Easy access everywhere by metro or bus. Connected to metro station and shopping mall.

“Stunning Accomodation”
The entrance, reception, bar and restaurant were stunning!!! Amazing decor with incredible views. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Great variety of food for breakfast.

Great location, good distance to Disney sea and Ginza area. Also had some good shops at Lalaport next door. Subway was in the basement which was extremely convenjent

“Beautiful views, onsen and amazing breakfast plus so convenient with transport at the door.”
Love the location. We had stayed in hectic Shibuya so was lovely to spend a few days here at the end of our trip. Huge shopping centre, not crowded, next door. Plus so many food options underneath, across the road (McDonald’s 🤣) or in the shopping centre. The Airport Limousine bus stop is right outside (not for an early departure to the airport though as earliest is 5.15am and can book online which I suggest). I have the timetable in the pics. The hotel itself is so beautiful with the views, the onsen and the best breakfast yet. We would definitely stay in this location next time as the city is only 15 minutes on the train which is at the doorstep. We just loved that there were no crowds around.
