Hotel was very clean, staff were very friendly, and overall facilities were great. Great location to leverage monorail for Airport. Hadn't realised how close it was when we booked. Good value for money

Location is easy to move around. Walking distance to many train stations such as Daimon, Hamamachu-cho, Shimbanshi.

“Well located and good room”
We stayed in a standard queen which was a good sized room. Buffet breakfast was extensive offering both European and Japanese options. The hotel is well located for the final stop of the airport monorail and trains/subway to other areas of Tokyo. It's located in a business district of Tokyo and the area is quiet at the weekend although restaurants are still open and busy. There are a wide selection of traditional restaurants a short walk from the hotel with english menus available..

“Used to be great, now too many tour groups and automated service make it feel low end.”
I have been staying at this hotel for 15 years and the lack of staff contact and too many tour groups have ruined the experience.
