“A nice accessible hotel with an onsen”
It was really handy to the JR Line and easily accessible. The public onsen is excellent and a welcome luxury especially after walking around Tokyo all day.

“Excellent stay - modern rooms in a good location”
Very good location, at a short walk from the Gotanda station. The rooms are reasonably sized for Tokyo, and modernly furnished. The staff was extremely professional, the breakfast was good and as a bonus, the view out of the reception was excellent too.

Pleasant stay and great location, just few steps from the train lines. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. The facilities were consistently clean and well maintained. As someone with celiac disease, I also really appreciated the safe breakfast options.

“Great location near station with great onsen”
Breakfast very good especially omelettes cooked on demand. Staff tried really hard to seat you during busy times. A bit of variety would have been nice as we stayed for 9 days. Good location near station. Beautiful onsen facilities.
