“My stay at Haneda”
The location was great. 2 different train lines are just down stairs. Convenience store is just outside and there are a few restaurants as well.

“Very convenient for Haneda Airport, with a great breakfast and possibility to visit a nearby shrine”
Breakfast is exceptional - 50 items, including local dishes, wider Japanese and Chinese items and western food. Steamed clams and rice (a Tokyo dish) was particularly good. Room more than adequate, with a good view over the river, as requested. Roof garden has a fantastic view over the airport, with seats - good to visit at night and in the day. Anamori Inari Shrine is about 8 minutes walk away across the river - well worth visiting, with a number of Tori gates. T3 is one stop away on the Monorail and also 1 stop of the Metro.

“A great surprise and definitely the hotel to stay if you need to be close to Haneda”
I only stayed here because of a delayed flight from Haneda, but was pleasantly surprised at how great the room and facilities were. The price was also surprisingly low given it was a last minute (same night) booking. The bath salts were definitely a great surprise that helped with de-stressing after a pretty stressful evening at the airport. The monorail station next door and the shuttle to the airport also made transport to and from the hotel extremely easy.

“Bedt value Besr Staff”
Very helpful staff. I had 15 items with me 5 suitcases after 36 day trip 33 day cruise. Best hotel in Tokyo in my opinion
