Amazing, new, clean and modern hotel right in the heart of Shinjuku. Really interesting food and shops and arcade inside the building as well. The bed was so comfortable and the bathtub was deep. Amazing breakfast buffet!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Groove Shinjuku. The building itself is stunning and became one of our favorite landmarks in Tokyo. It was so distinctive that we could often find our way back just by spotting it from afar. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of everything we wanted to explore. Even though we stayed on a high floor, we could still hear some of the city’s sounds. Surprisingly, this didn’t bother us at all. We chose this hotel because we wanted to experience Tokyo’s energy, and watching the neon-lit streets come alive through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows was one of the highlights of our trip. Being able to enjoy that incredible view from our bed made the experience truly memorable. The rooms and common areas were beautifully designed with a modern, stylish atmosphere. We were especially impressed by the amenities provided in the room—they were thoughtful, high quality, and plentiful. Even bath salts for the bathtub were included, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Everything felt very clean and well maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt welcomed and comfortable.

Great location, there's a limousine bus directly to this hotel which was convenient. We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. Beds were great albeit two single beds.

The location was very close to Shinjuku station, so accessible and easy to get around with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The view from the hotel room was amazing, and the bed was super comfortable.

Great location super friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Spectacular views and super comfy room and huge bed and panoramic window. Five minute walk to main station and on the doorstep of shopping and entertainment district. An excellent choice.
