All the amenities you could ask for. The room is huge. A must stay if staying in tokyo. You wont get a bigger room for the price and all the amenities that come with it.

Central location, staff were very helpful and anything you needed was available as well as snacks and drinks in the lobby, range of skincare and shampoos you could take to your room and massage chairs. Great after a long day of travelling, also had a games room and arcade.

Good location for busy nightlife in Shinjuku but also close to subway stations for travel round Tokyo. We had a sauna in room and room servicing was excellent……countless towels and amenities.

“Fun family hotel”

This is a great family hotel - not a "love hotel" as some sites indicate. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. The kids loved the play room and we all enjoyed the free massage chairs, foot spa, drinks and bathroom samples. Breakfast was limited but had everything we needed. The kids didn't want to leave.

We had 2 Rooms which were spacious to be fair. But were load of steps and level changes in the room for no reason really . Shoes off policy in the room also seems pointless. The games area was decent for the kids and had pool table and arcade games and massage chairs. Location was ok - 7 or 8 min walk to nearest station . Other than that there is nothing else redeeming about the place.

All the inclusive, staff were lovely, room was clean. No fault!

“Reliable operations base for family of 5”

First time in Japan, family of 5. Fairly high price but wanted somewhere in Shinjuku that also had rainy day amenities and breakfast included. I thought breakfasts were great, buffet always included some combo of curry-rice, ramen or udon, pastries, salad, and usually som eggs or sausages, and some other side dishes. Variety between days was good enough. One of my kids just ate Frosted Flakes every day. Open bar in evening was mainly sweet liqueurs and limited fountain drinks as mixers. Casks of bulk red and white wine avail at any time. The free arcade and games room was better than expected, and barely used (mid Feb 2026). Staff were great and patient when I wanted to practice my clunky Japanese. Google translate is everywhere so don't worry about language barrier. Small metro station to the north and the massive Shinjuku complex to the south are short walks for most, and even with our large party and a wheelchair were convenient enough. An unexpected bonus is the bus stop literally outside the hotel - i hadnt intended on using the bus in Tokyo as much as we did, but it was easy to navigate and provided surprising convenience over the subway for some destinations. Room was good size and amenities were plentiful.

Everything! This place was soo cool with everything you could imagine!

I'm pleased with the hotel. The service is excellent. Beverages, coffee, and snacks are available to hotel guests 24/7, included in the room rate. Alcoholic drinks are also included after 6:00 PM. Breakfast is good. There's a play area for children, and exercise equipment is available. The metro and train station are nearby. Overall, I recommend it.
