“Great hotel and value in great location”

It was my first time in Tokyo, so didn’t know where made sense to pick a hotel location. The reviews and price seemed very good, and I wasn’t disappointed, even had a jacuzzi bath in the room. It is near Osuka train station which means you are only 20/30mins by train to the majority of the main sites of Tokyo, and 55min to the airport which is quite straightforward. Hotel was very accommodating and I actually decided to extend my stay and was able to keep the same room without fuss. I found it quite nice to go back to somewhere a little calmer each night after a busy day. There is also loads of great local restaurants on the door step.

I would really recommend! It is rare to have a hotel in Tokyo that have bigger rooms than a hotel in Osaka of comparable price. But this hotel did exactly that! It has many amenities, hair dryers, assorted facial products. It also have a coffee machine and microwave. The staff, although cannot speak/understand English very well, are very helpful. They use a translator device. Problem solved. Also, Family Mart is right below the hotel, and Yamanote Line Otsuka station is right next to the hotel. Literally 2-5 minutes walk.

Fantastic location with lots to eat and shop, all within walking distance. Surrounded by konbini stores! Across the road from train station. Not so far by train to Shibuya, Shinjuku and all the other attractions.

Great spacious and comfortable room with all amenities needed for exploring Tokyo! Breakfast at Denny's (next door) provided plenty of options, JR line station right in front of the hotel and Metro at a short 10 minute walk.

I was trying to go outside as much as I can but the room was inviting me to stay inside, what a room. I was even eating dinner at Denny’s. One pedestrian cross away from the JY line and actually there was some stuff in walking distance as well.

Very clean rooms. A lot of toiletteries are provided. Very cosy neighborhood as well.

The staff are super welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and I love that they come with the built in sound system, it’s a nice touch

The spacious room

It's a love hotel where you can also book "normal" overnight stays. Smoking seems to be at least tolerated. Therefore, the room i stayed in was quite smelly.
