Capsules are great with TV, decent space and great side table, the hook to hang clothes is also something many others don’t have. Unlike many other capsule hotels the top bunks don’t creak as much, which is great if you just want to hang out in your capsule. Access to the showers, onsen and sauna is such a massive plus and the main reason I’ve stayed here on both my trips to Tokyo. The hotel being so close to Shinjuku station is also a massive win for guests!

“Great experience better than what you may expect”

The hotel is conveniently located close to Shinjuku station and comes with free breakfasts and dinners. The staff keeps the hotel clean and it's an interesting place to stay for a few nights. The capsules are fairly comfortable and the hotel has all the essential one may need for the stay. So no need to bring your own cleaning products etc.

Great experience for anyone coming to Japan. One of most affordable options in Tokyo and that's before taking in to account all of the free extras.

Great place to stay for a few nights. Individual lockers and large luggage storage on the first floor near reception. Large heated bath and showers on level 2. Lounge with free food (selected times), alcohol (selected times) and soft drinks (24x7) and massage chairs and seats/co-working type space on level 3. All the capsules on the upper levels (4+) and you needed a coded wristband to access your floor which has toilets and sinks. Reception staff explained everything and were very helpful. Everywhere seemed clean and tidy. Capsule areas were usually pretty quiet. Capsule had plug sockets, dimmable light and adjustable speed fan as well as extractor vent. Superior capsules are taller (so are upper capsules) but have no TV.

I stayed here for one night due to an earlier flight I had to catch and thankgod that i got to spend one fantastic day at this capsule hotel. Loved the onsen, lounge area, massage chairs, skincare, food & beverages. The staff was helpful enough to figure everything out while maintaining the rules of the place. Capsules were comfortable enough to sleep and frankly if you stay here you dont need to be in capsule until you are gonna sleep immediately. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay near Shinjuku. I would request the staff to pls contact me if possible as I would like to book another stay soon.

Amazing value for money, with loads of extras thrown in, including light snacks and breakfast, and drinks too. Surprised at the comfort of the bed and enjoyed the unique experience of staying in a capsule hotel for the night. The best bit is definitely the location - literally across the road from Shinjuku station.

Great for rest and relaxation. And the offer of a half day extension is amazing.
