The hotel was good, with a nice location. There are a lot of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, and it’s an easy walk to public transport. Food, drinks, bathhouse, and sauna were free, and I had a great time. I had a wonderful and relaxing time in the bathhouse when I needed it.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I booked five nights during my first trip to Japan, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Guests are asked to remove their shoes, store them in a locker, and change into the pyjamas and slippers provided by the hotel, which adds to the overall comfort and cleanliness. The communal area is clean, comfortable, and quiet. There is a generous selection of complimentary soft drinks and alcoholic beverages available from 17:00 to 03:00. The staff are very attentive in ensuring that drinks, food, and amenities are always well stocked. The bathroom facilities are excellent, with a wide range of amenities, including various cosmetics and shampoos. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience—for example, large fans are placed in the changing area near the onsen to help guests cool down while drying off. Fresh towels are freely available whenever needed. The capsule itself was clean and comfortable, with clear attention to guest convenience. If the room feels too cold, staff are happy to provide an extra blanket. If it’s too warm, ice pillows are available to rent. The WiFi is lightening fast and reliable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Akihabara. There is a good mix of both local and international guests, and all signage and information are provided in both English and Japanese.

Good cost-performance considering the free food (curry, ochazuke, ramen), soft-drink bar, and alcohol bar. It is convenient to have passcode-locker in the bath floor to store valuable stuff temporarily. Location near the Akihabara station is a plus.

The onsen was nice to use. Unlimited towels and indoor pyjamas were unlimited and complimentary. A good range of amenities such as toothbrush, razors, exfoliating towels. Includes a midst room.
