The shop owner was so helpful and friendly and nice people to met. The location was nice

We Liked everything about the 7 room hotel and cafe. But especially the people running, the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The staff are kind and helpful. Luggage storage available. Location near to Kasai St and a few convinience store.

Everything is good. The stuffs are so nice. The room is comfortable. And the location is close to the subway.

Hi, family of 4 from the UK with teenagers. This is NOT 2 star, it’s nicer than some 5 stars we have stayed at! We loved this stay so much. It felt like home for 3 days and I regret not booking a longer stay. The location is a quiet suburb just a short walk from Kasai station which connects you to everywhere. The front looks so pretty with plants and lights especially at night. Check in simple. There are plenty of supermarkets around the corner. There are gorgeous shampoos etc, a very hot bath, they provide a complimentary big bottle of water and snacks. It’s also close to Disney. It’s a beautiful small boutique hotel with 7 self contained units. Ours had so much space for 4 (we didn’t need 2 of the beds) and our balcony overlooked a beautiful park. The decor and furnishings were so lovely and the entrance smells so fragrant with the flowers from the attached cafe and flower shop. The beds are very comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Honestly I wish we had booked longer. We were pretty stressed at checkout with so many suitcases and bags 😅 the ladies who run it are so so lovely, they invited us back into the cafe for teas and coffees, it was very kind of them ❤️ thank you. Would love to stay again. We have to go to a boring hotel now that’s twice the price 🥹🫣

We were blown away when we arrived at the hotel! It is absolutely gorgeous and the room was HUGE compared to other places we have stayed in Japan. This is the nicest place we stayed! We only stayed one night but it is very well set up for a longer stay with a stove and kitchen sink, dishes and dining table, washing machine and shower room where you can dry the clothes. The room has big waste bins and there is also a toaster and microwave accessible. Our room had a chest of drawers and bookshelf so we could actually set up our belongings for easy access if we had stayed longer. The attention to detail was incredible. All of this for such a cheap price was just amazing!

The staff were amazing, they were very kind and greeted us on our arrival to make sure the check in went smoothly. And left some lovely goodies for us to enjoy in our room on our arrival which was such a lovely touch. And they delivered delicious breakfast to our room the next morning-definitely worth ordering from their lovely cafe! The apartment was small, but manageable for our family of 5. It is very clean, and we loved how homely and warm it felt.

Check in was incredibly easy, and the overall experience was very smooth, the room and cafe were both very cute and very clean, and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. On the morning we were due to leave for the airport the staff helped us organise a taxi, they were very patient with us and even offered to make us a drink while we were waiting, we can’t thank them enough!

“5 Star Service”

5 Star Service and it's good value for money. Our stay was smooth from check in to checkout. Our flight got cancelled and extended our stay there with no hassle. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. They provode us with all that we need. They also have a washing machine, so yoi can do your laundry when needed. All staff were very helpful and genuinely friendly. The flower shop downtairs added an extra points when you're having breakfast, smelling the lovely smell of the flowers while enjoying yoir breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to Kassai Station which was very helpful when yoir going out and about. Thank you for making our few days in Tokyo memorable. We really enjoy our stay :-)

The family sized rooms were perfect for our family and had everything we needed. I loved how it was attached to the flower shop and cafe. The smell of flowers each morning followed by great coffee was a great way to start the day! The host was extremely attentive and helpful and the rooms were super clean with lovely attention to details. It was super close to the station in a lovely area. We absolutely loved staying here!

The staff were genuinely amazing - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was comfortable and super clean, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Breakfast was also amazing: fresh, tasty. Couldn’t ask for more - highly recommend and would happily stay again.

“Amazing place for exploring Tokyo and surrounds”

Absolutely fantastic gem of a place. It's a great location. So quiet but not far from buses and trains and lots of food options. The park across the road has a great water play and a 20 minute walk away there is a great free zoo. It was so easy to get to Disney from there as well as other outings. The room was huge. I was expecting a regular sized hotel room but this had heaps of space, there was a couch, a dining table, decent kitchenette with full sized fridge, separate bathroom/laundry. It really felt like home. My kids are neuro divergent so I was worried that Tokyo would be overwhelming for them but having this safe haven to come back to really made our trip stress free. I can't recommend this place enough if you want a quiet place in a nice neighborhood.

Brilliant accommodation in Tokyo, was very comfortable for our family of five, everything we needed, very nicely designed, short walk to subway station. Great value for money
