“Great Stay”

The host came to the station to pick me up to his house and along my stay he helped me with different aspects

“Kind owner, good value considering we went during Awa Odori”

We booked this during Tokushima Awa Odori, it's one of Japan's biggest festivals so it is always hard to secure acommodation, so having already an acommodation for those dates is great. The owner was very helpful and came to pick us with his car in the station and brought us back next morning to pick the bus.

Facility to was and dry, toilet and kitchen. Free bike to use to visit city.

“Great place to stay”

If you are lucky enough to book this accommodation, you will be delighted with your choice. Your hosts are the most delightful and kind people. The room was exactly as described: very comfortable, very clean & light with cooking facilities and a washing machine. It's a 10-minute walk to a major supermarket and 15-20 walk to Tokushima train station. I will recommend this place to all my friends and hope to return soon.

Simple, and functional, reflects realistic flat living , we think, for many in Japan. The hosts made the stay, both positively memorable and worth the challenges we non locals face when staying in Japan, lack of space, and needing to sit on the floor., sleep on mattresses on the floor.

by japanese standards, the room was massive and had all amenities, bikes were available free to use and the location backs right onto mt. bizan. yet the best part was how above and beyond the hosts went for us, if youre not sure about visiting tokushima, give it a try you wont regret it.

“The hosts welcomed me like family”

The hosts are such cute and lovely people. They offered me various recommendations on where to eat and what to see and do. They allowed me to use their bicycle for free to explore the city, and even gave me a huge apple as a parting gift :’) I felt so well taken care of. The room was spacious with everything I could need. Don’t wait, just book this stay!

We loved our stay! The apartment is very clean, bright and comfortable. Shin-san and his wife were wonderful hosts and took care of us above and beyond. The apartment is an easy walk to grocery, some restaurants, and the train. It is also not far from many interesting things to do in Tokushima City. We enjoyed walking to the central area around the main station and Awaodori Kaikan. The breakfast in the coffee shop downstairs was great every day. We would absolutely stay there again!

“Fabulous hosts”

the apartment was adequate for our needs. The main / key attraction of this property is their wonderful and generous owners. They were fabulous, very welcoming and generous: they took us to several places during our stay for free, took us to a restaurant and ate with his family the first night, etc I would stay here just for the lovely interaction with the owners
