Smooth self check-in and clean + well-furnished amenities: clean common toilets/showers, spacious rooms, laundry & kitchen. All you need for a good night's rest - can see the thought put into making the shared areas as comfortable as possible for any guest. Within walking distance of many eateries, konbini and attractions (+ not too far from the train station). Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and tidy. It had all the things we needed, such as hairdryer, towels, TV, etc. There were enough plugs and even USB ports, very handy. The tatami room was very cool. Spacious room. One room had a double bed and we were given two double duvets. The bed was also firm, which is how I like it! The toilet and shower were clean and had all the toiletries we needed. The kitchen looks cool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Self check in and check out was very easy and quick. Instructions given were very clear.

“Smoothless Check-in, Affordable Stay”
The property was very clean and tidy, everything was so seamless and smooth without having to worry about the checkin procedure because the owner explained it to you clearly. The extra effort from the owner to try reach me through booking.com messages and whatsapp (it’s quite not normal of japanese to use whatsapp) and explain the check-in procedure. On top of that I left my chest heart monitor during my stay, and they gone all above and beyond to deliver it back to Tokyo through Kuroneko. A very good place to stay if you are on a budget, and their hospitality and prompt response is even faster than your normal 3-4 star hotel. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come to Tokushima
