A great pod hotel with confortable beds. There is'nt a restraunt but the eating area is okay. The hot baths are excellent with all facilities provided, even aftershave and body spray, great for getting ready for a night out.

After the not-so-welcoming start before check-in time (I'm only English speaker, for details what happened see below), it changed drastically (positively) with the ckeck-in. The staff was really nice and helpful (still language barrier, but do-able), he gave all the information about the capsule hotel and any other person working there was helpful and friendly and I felt welcomed. The hotel itself is perfectly located for public transport, bath and beds are good.

First time staying in an accommodation like this. Really interesting to experience this side of Japanese culture, especially as most of the patrons were Japanese and not foreign tourists. Manga café, dining and massage chairs in one area, capsule beds in another, public spa/onsen in another. The capsule area was huge!! The staff were all really helpful which was nice because I didn't know what I was doing most of the time....

It was fine. Its more expensive in Tokorazawa. I'm paying the same price for a capsule in Otsuka, which is better located, but the facility is older. I've got to go up an elevator to get around. So, Tokorazawa is modern, and that is appreciated, but facilities there are limited and crowded.

1. great location 2. room is large and has a small locker 3. can take a bath in the evening and morning 4. inside the hotel, you can purchase everything using your room's key. I found it very convenient because you don't have to drag your wallet around. 5. they have large spaces to eat, read manga, watch TV, and even a small workspace.

super close to Tokorozawa station that has many access lines down to Tokyo in many ways ( Ikebukuro or Shinjuku is just 30 mins away). capsules are clean and comfy. spa and bath facilities are amazing. cost performance is perfect for travelers who are alone.
