Two issues, the paper in the bathrooms should be replaced with old fashion rolls. And you need a sign posted so people know where to sign in, as there were numerous people who were staying there that all said the same issues.

“My husband has mobility issues and uses a walker so we were somewhat limited.”
It was my error in not checking my booking. we needed two rooms with 2 beds. There was only one with 2 beds available. Your staff was very helpful in providing extra blankets and sheets so that my daughter could sleep on the floor. as there were no cots or an extra matress available. Your staff person on duty was excellent! The Easter event for my great children was a bonus.

No microwave in the room or within the facility that is available for guest use. I use microwave when I travel and was surprised to find there wasn't one provided.
