Overview
Villas La Mar - Adults 15 plus is a vacation rental property constructed into the rugged La Poza hillside offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, natural lagoon and palm grove. All our units are unique. Some are extra large contemporary studios each with a kitchen, dining area, seating area and expansive ocean view terraces for unforgettable views. Others are sleek and modern and are equipped with a coffee/snack area, mini-fridge and large ocean view terrace. Housekeeping services are twice weekly. Guests must be 15+ years old. Enjoy our sparkling pool and tropical patio retreat No restaurant on the premises. Los Cabos International Airport is 62 km from the property. Rental car highly recommended

“Stunning view and excellent value for money, we loved it!”
We had a really enjoyable stay. The property offers great value for money, with modern rooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The location is spectacular, probably with the best view of the entire Todos Santos gulf. The staff is very friendly and always available via WhatsApp, which made everything easier and more relaxing. We also loved the chance to join some of the organized activities, like the morning yoga class, which was such a nice experience. Prices are absolutely fair for the level of service provided. Another highlight is the direct access to the sea through a small path, perfect for scenic walks, plus the access to a nearby partner property with bar, restaurant, pool, and spa. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is in a rather remote location compared to town, so a car is essential. That said, the breathtaking view and the peaceful atmosphere definitely make up for it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable views!

“Ultra private, majestic ocean views, romantic.”
The breakfast at the sister location was great. Fair price. It was nice of the front desk to golf cart us back and forth. Our favorite part was the VIEW! We saw whales every day, it felt very private and romantic. Pro-tip: you must rent a car to get to this location. Thank you for having us.

“Perfect, peaceful & spacious Getaway”
Really beautiful apartment complex directly above the sea with a tremendous view of the ocean. Great to relax, quiet and so much space. The staff was always available and super friendly.

“Breathtaking”
There was some confusion re the room I'd booked on Booking.com not being room 8 as i'd seen in the final images on booking.com. I was given a different room, much smaller than room 8. This was soon remidied thanks. Perhaps you can put the room no on the desriptor click in box for each room so the person booking the room gets the room they book?

“Beautiful, can't way to return!”
We had a beautiful stay at the villas la mar and enjoyed breakfast and the morning at Hotel Poza. It was so nice to have the amenities of the hotel poza, for breakfast and activities like kayaking on the estuary. La Poza manager, Ulises was so helpful and friendly! Max, reception at Villas la Mar was so friendly and kind!
